Second Baptist Church of Wheaton Hosts 100 year Anniversary Celebration

The Week-end of May 4-6, 2007 Second Baptist Church of Wheaton will host its 100^th year anniversary celebration honoring its humble beginning, historical relevance, and future direction. Come celebrate with Pastor Andre Allen and the Second Baptist Church Family as they celebrate 100 years of service for the Lord. On Friday May 4^th Second Baptist will kick off the weekend with a Banquet Celebration at Indian Lakes Resort, 250 West Schick Road in Bloomingdale, Illinois. We encourage event goers to stay at Indian Lakes Resort on Friday night to experience the resort’s world class amenities.

On Saturday, May 5th at 6:00 p.m., the Anniversary Choir will help celebrate the goodness of the Lord at a massive church service at First Baptist Church, 1310 North Main Street in Wheaton, Illinois with a closing service at Second Baptist Church of Wheaton, 1520 Avery Avenue in Wheaton on Sunday, May 6^th at 10:30 a.m. Second Baptist Church is eternally grateful to God for keeping us 100 years as we worked and strived to Glorify God, Build Up The Saved and Win The Lost in the name of Jesus Christ.
